Job summary

Northcott Therapy is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults with disabilities. You will collaborate with families to create personalised plans and support services in schools, homes, group settings, or via telehealth. Join a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on meaningful outcomes.

You will work across paediatric and adult clients, applying person-centred approaches and strong communication to help clients communicate, connect and thrive.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology and SPA registration.
• Experience with paediatric and adult clients is preferred.
• Person-centred, evidence-based approach focused on outcomes.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults with disabilities.
• Create personalised therapy plans with families and caregivers.
• Provide support in schools, homes, group settings, or via telehealth.
