Job summary

SustainHealth Recruitment is partnering with a growing allied health provider to hire a Speech Pathologist for a hybrid mixed caseload in Sydney's North Parramatta. You will support clients to communicate effectively, develop confidence and progress toward meaningful goals across paediatric and adult settings, with flexible billable targets and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Salary is up to $115k plus super, with salary reflecting experience and agreed hours and travel across Western

Qualifications

• Speech Pathology qualification recognised and SPA membership.
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team player.
• Interest in paediatric-lean caseload a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completing assessments and delivering individualized, evidence-based speech pathology interventions.
• Working with clients and families to set meaningful goals and celebrate progress.
• Supporting communication and language development across your caseload.
• Preparing reports and clinical documentation.
• Collaborating with families, carers and other professionals to provide coordinated support.
• Sharing ideas with multidisciplinary colleagues and continuing to grow your clinical skills.
