Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating a team.
• SPA membership.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to empower clients with complex needs.
• Deliver customized Speech and Language pathology services with a person-centred approach.
• Provide clinical guidance, optimize client plans and foster team development.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Handle assessments, gather information and generate reports for NDIS compliance.
• Stay updated on therapy developments and establish clinical standards.
• Create resources for enhanced customer experiences and conduct QA audits.
