Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, invites new graduates to join its 2027 Graduate Program in Campbelltown. The 12-month structured program starts with 12 weeks of induction and eases you into clinical practice with a reduced caseload for four months, supported by weekly supervision and clinic mentors.

Job Description

What makes our Graduate Program different?

Our 12-month structured Graduate Program begins with 12 weeks of intensive induction training, giving you a strong foundation before you're expected to work independently.

We deliberately ease you into clinical practice with a reduced caseload for your first four months, so you can focus on learning, developing your clinical reasoning, and building confidence.

You’ll also have:

• Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for your first sixmonths then fortnightly
• Monthly coaching sessions with clinic mentors
• A dedicated buddy throughout the entire program
• Consistentprofessional development opportunities to keep your learning moving forward
• Regular catch-ups and social events with fellow graduates
• Plenty of regular opportunities to observe clinicians across multiple disciplines
