Ability Action Australia invites graduates to join a structured graduate program for Speech Pathology. You’ll receive mentorship, weekly supervision and practical experience to build confidence and clinical reasoning.

The role offers a supported pathway to independent practice with flexible work options across office, home or cafe, and generous benefits. We value graduates who are SPA eligible, curious, compassionate and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Eligible for SPA registration or registered as a Speech Pathologist.

• Supporting participants in the community or clinic

You’re a soon-to-be graduated Speech Pathologist who is:

• SPA registered or eligible for SPA registration
