Job summary

Avina is offering a 12-month Graduate Program for Speech Pathology graduates to begin their clinical practice across community, clinic, home and school settings in Melbourne. The role focuses on developing clinical identity during onboarding and gradual caseload ramp-up, with support from senior clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.

What You’ll Learn

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, home and school environments.

Your caseload will build gradually as your skills and confidence develop, with ongoing clinical support available throughout your graduate year.
