Bloom Healthcare is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join a community-based team in Perth. You will provide assessments and evidence-based therapy across the lifespan, including autism, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and post-discharge support.

You will work across homes, schools and community settings, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve meaningful client outcomes and independence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical Speech Pathology experience.
• CPM with Speech Pathology Australia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assessments in speech, language and swallowing.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct speech, language, and swallowing assessments.
• Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Support AAC, feeding and swallowing, literacy, early intervention and communication partner training.
• Collaborate with families, support teams and multidisciplinary colleagues to improve participation and outcomes.
• Monitor client progress and document outcomes in line with best practice.
