Job summary

Changing Tides Speech Pathology on the Central Coast NSW is seeking a SPA-certified Speech Pathologist to join our supportive, non-corporate team. You’ll work across clinic, mobile, and tele-health settings, shaping your caseload and collaborating with a multidisciplinary group to deliver high-quality paediatric therapy.

We value flexibility, professional growth, and hands-on mentorship, with opportunities to develop feeding, AAC, DTTC, and other paediatric skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services across clinic, mobile and tele-health settings.
• Develop and manage an engaging caseload focused on speech, language, literacy and social communication.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic paediatric outcomes.
• Support feeding and AAC as optional caseload areas.
