Job summary

Everyday Independence in Lake Haven, NSW, is looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team on a flexible full-time or part-time basis. You’ll support NDIS participants across diverse settings, from homes to schools, delivering evidence-based therapy and aiming to maximise participants’ outcomes.

We offer competitive salary 82,106–110,143 AUD plus superannuation, vehicle options, laptop and mobile, with opportunities to boost salary up to 10,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
• SPA Registration is required to practice.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.

• Valid driver's license and compliance checks (WWCC/NDIS).

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants across diverse settings.
• Create therapy plans and deliver evidence-based therapy to support goals.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, families and carers.
• Attend weekly team meetings to share progress and insights.
• Receive guidance from Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.

Employment Type - Full time, Part time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight

Salary - $82,106 – $110,143 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

Relocation – Reimbursement up to $5,000 if applicable

Supervision and Support – Valued at up to $22,000

Caseload - Opportunities to specialise in paediatrics, youth or adult streams

Professional Development – PD allowance negotiable

About The Role

We are looking for Speech Pathologists to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants. This position is ideal if you are seeking a full-time position, however part-time would also be considered.

As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same:

• Working in the social model means you’ll work in diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres
• Utilizing an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment, you'll create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals
• Building meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
• Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub; sharing stories of impact, coffee and laughs
• You’ll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor
