Sports & Spinal Physio – North Lakes QLD is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide therapy and support in a community-based setting across Brisbane and Moreton Bay region. This full-time role involves assessments, planning, intervention and reviews across NDIS, aged care, and DVA programs.

Work with a multidisciplinary team and deliver services in homes, clinics, and communities. We offer mentorship, a company vehicle, $2,000 CPD allowance, ongoing in-house CPD, flexible work-life balance,

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current membership or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia.
• Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Covid and Flu vaccine; current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, planning, intervention and review for children and adults under NDIS, Home Care Packages, Aged Care, DVA and other programs.
• Support clients with communication challenges, swallowing and feeding difficulties, and related needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Dietitians.
• Deliver services in home, clinic and community settings.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to provide therapy and support in a community-based setting, this is a full time permanent position.

In this role, you will:

• Provide assessment, planning, intervention, and review services for children and adults across the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages, Aged Care, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), and other programs.
• Support clients with:
• Communication challenges
• Swallowing and feeding difficulties

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Dieticians and more+
• Deliver services in homes, clinic and community settings
