Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology (or final year) or eligibility for SPA/CPSP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders.
• Deliver speech, language and social communication interventions.
• Assess and manage swallowing difficulties (dysphagia).
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans.
• Educate parents, caregivers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Allied Health, educators and medical practitioners.
• Provide services in community, clinic and school settings.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders
• Speech, language and social communication interventions
• Assessment and management of swallowing difficulties (dysphagia)
• Design, trial and implementation of low and high-tech AAC devices
• Development, implementation and review of evidence-based therapy plans
• Functional communication assessments
• Parent, caregiver and stakeholder education
• Collaborative care planning with Allied Health professionals, educators and medical practitioners
• Community, clinic and school-based services

About You

We're looking for passionate clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference and continue developing their professional expertise.

You May Be

• A qualified Speech Pathologist
• A New Graduate Speech Pathologist
• A final-year Speech Pathology student graduating in 2026

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Speech Pathology (or currently completing final year studies)
• SPA eligibility or Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
