Job summary

Mediix is recruiting a Speech Pathologist for its Bacchus Marsh clinic. You will manage a 100% NDIS participant caseload, focusing largely on paediatric cases with some adults, performing assessments, interventions and family coaching. You will collaborate with OTs and behaviour support teams in a supportive MDT environment.

The role offers flexible engagement options (full-time, part-time or contractor) and a balanced clinic and community caseload in Melbourne's western suburbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership / Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Predominantly paediatric clients with some adult clients (early language, AAC, articulation, social communication, fluency).
• Mix of assessment, intervention and family/caregiver coaching.

About the opportunity

A well-established, NDIS-registered allied health provider is expanding its clinical team and seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist for its Bacchus Marsh clinic. The role is designed with variety in mind - approximately 60–70% of sessions are delivered in-clinic, with the remaining 30–40% seeing clients in their homes and community settings across Melbourne's western and north-western suburbs. You'll join a genuinely supportive multidisciplinary team that includes OTs, behaviour support practitioners and allied health assistants, all committed to person-centred, evidence-informed practice.

What you'll need

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children Check
• Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for community visits)
• Full Australian working rights
