Stream Healthcare is partnering with leading Allied Health organisations across Perth and regional Western Australia to recruit Speech Pathologists at all stages of their careers — from new graduates through to experienced clinicians. Opportunities across clinic, community and hybrid settings allow you to tailor your caseload to your interests, from paediatrics to older adults.

With hybrid work, strong clinical supervision, mentoring and leadership pathways, and a salary of $75,000–$135,000 plus

Qualifications

• Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership and registration.
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
• Current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
• Current NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language, communication, swallowing and/or feeding assessments.
• Developing and delivering individualised therapy programs based on each client's goals and needs.
• Supporting clients across a variety of age groups and clinical presentations.
• Providing services across clinics, homes, schools, community settings and residential facilities.
• Working collaboratively with families, carers, educators, support teams and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation and ensuring your practice remains evidence-based and client-centred.
• Building your clinical skills through ongoing supervision, professional development and mentoring.

The Role
