The position focuses on CHSP and Aged Care Support for clients aged 65+, with autonomy to shape service delivery, flexible hours, 9-day fortnights, and strong clinical supervision from Brisbane-based seniors. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 plus super, with a high-tech gym facility and admin support.

Our well established, highly reputable client is growing their Allied Health team near Bokarina on the Sunshine Coast!

Focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to its elderly clients in a modern clinic environment and equipped with a state of the art gym - this is a unique opportunity not to be missed!

• Aged Care Caseload (ages 65+) - CHSP & Aged Care Support Plans in Clinic
• Opportunity for a portion of mixed ages NDIS caseload as well if you wish

They are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist (minimum 2-3+ years) to step into a pivotal role supporting aged care clients under CHSP and Support at Home programs, with the autonomy to shape and grow the service offering.

Your Role Will Include
