Job summary

AustCorp Executive in Townsville is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver paediatric assessments and evidence-based therapy, collaborating with families, educators and a multidisciplinary team to build communication skills across home, school and community.

The role is in-centre with permanent full-time status and flexible hours to support work-life balance, including early Friday finishes and admin tasks done from home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised paediatric assessments.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to children.
• Collaborate with families and educators to support communication skills.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, psychologists, physiotherapists, social worker, exercise physiologists, GP).
• Mentoring and supervision opportunities as the team grows.

The role includes:

• Flexible full-time hours: Monday to Friday, with the freedom to shape your schedule
• Work-life balance; Enjoy an early finish on Fridays and completing clinical notes / reports from home
• Less paperwork, more therapy: Dedicated admin staff manage bookings, billing and calls
• Collaborative care: Work alongside OTs, psychologists, physiotherapists, a social worker, exercise physiologists and a neurodevelopmental GP
• Clinical growth: Access mentoring and supervision from experienced practitioners, and as the team grows there will be leadership opportunities
• Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Super, depending on experience
