Are you a Speech Pathologist looking for greater flexibility without giving up clinical support and career development? This is an opportunity to join an established mobile allied health team supporting adults across Tamworth and surrounding areas. Working across community and residential aged care settings, you'll provide assessment and intervention for clients experiencing communication and swallowing difficulties, including people living with dementia, Parkinson's disease, stroke, progressive neurological conditions and age-related changes. You'll have genuine autonomy over your working day, with the ability to manage your own calendar and structure appointments around your lifestyle. Whether you're an experienced Speech Pathologist looking for more freedom or a new graduate wanting strong supervision and a supportive environment to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Manage your own diary and structure your working hours in a way that works for you. Full-time is available, with flexible part-time arrangements also considered.
Develop your experience across both communication and dysphagia while supporting adults with a broad range of neurological and age-related presentations.
New graduates receive regular 1:1 clinical supervision, including 30 minutes each week, alongside access to experienced clinicians and a national Speech Pathology network.
Experienced Speech Pathologists can access senior group supervision while collaborating with clinicians nationally to discuss cases, share knowledge and continue developing their expertise.
You'll receive a $500 annual PD allowance, access to internal workshops and regular full-day professional development sessions.
If you're interested in variety or travel, there may also be opportunities to support clients across regional locations.
New graduates and experienced Speech Pathologists are encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time opportunity with flexible part-time options available.
If you're looking for a role that gives you greater control over your working week while still providing the clinical support of an established national team, we'd love to hear from you.
