Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our Mandurah team in a flexible, community-based role within the disability sector.

You will tailor your caseload to your strengths and interests, with the option to work with paediatrics, adults, or a mixed caseload, and explore FIFO opportunities to Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Port Hedland with travel and accommodation organised by our team.

Qualifications

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
• A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team.
• An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology services in homes, schools and the local community.
• Manage and prioritise your own caseload.
• Complete observations and standardised assessments to set meaningful goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy that builds communication skills and independence.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes.
