Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team in Mornington, where you'll support both adult and paediatric clients. This role offers a varied caseload, collaborative team environment, and a commitment to personal and professional development, including a relocation package for applicants.

Qualifications

• SPA Registration required and checks to be obtained.
• Strong commitment to participant care and improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Joining our Mornington team as a Speechie, you’ll experience a varied caseload that includes adult and paediatric clients with developmental and acquired disabilities. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your dysphagia management, AAC prescription and implementation, and general therapy skills.

Mornington, nestled on Victoria’s stunning Mornington Peninsula, is a coastal gem where sandy beaches meet a historic pier and vibrant cafes. Just 46 km from Melbourne, it promises a perfect escape brimming with charm and relaxation.

Day-to-day You Will

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach.
• Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
