Job summary

OT Group Bendigo is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The role offers autonomy, leadership opportunities, and a mix of clinic, community, school, and home-based therapy across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria.

We support collaboration, development, and a fun culture, with flexible working options including hybrid setups and 4-day weeks. SPA registration and NDIS knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• SPA registered or eligibility to obtain
• NDIS Worker Screening Check + WWCC
• Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Full working rights in Australia
• Bachelor degree or Masters in Speech Pathology

Responsibilities

• Provide support for clients with physical, neurological, and neurodiverse needs
• Deliver clinic, community, school, and home-based therapy
• Collaborate with a team of supportive, passionate clinicians
