Better Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our clinician-led team on the Central Coast, delivering meaningful outcomes for clients across home, clinic, and community settings.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, design tailored therapy plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and build lasting relationships with clients while witnessing real-world impact of your work every day.

Competenze

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
• Driver’s licence + personal vehicle
• NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check, Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Support & Supervision: Our highest priority is your support. We know that when you’re supported to be a great clinician, your clients are support as well.
• Flexible and personalised PD budget of up to $2,500 per year to use as study leave or funding towards external learning or a combination of both!
