Job summary

AveannaHealthcare in Brighton, CO is seeking a Pediatrics Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for home health. You will provide pediatric therapy with a 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratio, in patients' homes and clinics, and be matched to caseloads close to home.

Full-time or part-time options are available, Monday–Friday, with a competitive compensation range of $85,000 to $150,000 per year and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Feeding experience is preferred and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must meet ASHA or equivalent qualifications.
• Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in current state.
• CCC eligibility or equivalent certification process in progress.
• Willing to work in home and clinic settings (state specific).
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Pediatric rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Feeding experience preferred with training provided.

Aveanna’s highly skilled pediatric therapy team provides our patients a full range of care to help them make the most of their care or recovery. We offer our industry-leading pediatric therapy for kids of all ages in multiple settings. We match our therapists to their patients based on medical condition, age, location, and acuity level. Caseload Location: Brighton, CO

Setting: Home Health

Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Available, Monday-Friday

Compensation: $85,000 to $150,000 *annual salary

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)Qualifications:

• Meets the qualifications as established by ASHAor other professional organization
• Licensed to practice SpeechTherapy in the current state of practice
• Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certification of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; or meets the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification.
• Must be willing to work in home and clinic-based settings (state specific)
• Valid, unexpired Driver’s Licenseand automotive insurance
• Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
• Feeding Experience Preferred - training provided
• Compensation may vary based on a variety of factors including: Experience, Education, Productivity, Supervision, Location and other factors.
