Job summary

Unite Recruitment Pty in Brisbane or Gold Coast is seeking a Speech Pathologist Team Lead to reduce clinical caseload while developing clinicians and driving clinical excellence. You will lead a high-performing team and provide supervision and mentorship to ensure quality outcomes for clients and clinicians.

The role offers leadership responsibilities, autonomy over scheduling, and a community-based practice with a mix of funding streams including NDIS and CHSP.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• SPA membership and registration requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing a varied Speech Pathology caseload.
• Experience mentoring, supervising, or supporting junior clinicians.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Current driver’s licence.

Speech Pathologist Team Lead
Brisbane or Gold Coast | Up to $140,000 + Company Car + Fuel Card

Are you an experienced Speech Pathologist ready to step away from a heavy clinical caseload and focus on what you do best-developing clinicians, driving clinical excellence, and leading a high-performing team?

We're partnering with a well-established community-based Allied Health provider in South East Queensland that is continuing to grow and invest in its people. As a result, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Speech Pathologist Team Lead to join their leadership team.

This role is ideal for a senior clinician who enjoys mentoring others, providing clinical guidance, and helping shape service delivery, while maintaining a manageable clinical component.

The Opportunity

As the Speech Pathologist Team Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting and developing a team of Speech Pathologists across a diverse community caseload. You'll provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and leadership while helping ensure high-quality outcomes for both clients and clinicians.

Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll have the autonomy to influence clinical standards, support professional development, and contribute to the continued growth of a highly respected organisation.
