Job summary

Medrecruit in Colac, Victoria, seeks locum doctors to cover shifts in a small regional hospital. Roles include Supervising GP with ED experience or FACEM, on-site 12:00–20:00, and on-call 08:00–08:00 with on-site duties. Accommodation and mileage are reimbursed, and rates are inclusive of superannuation and taxes.

APHPRA registration is required. Work will support urgent care, surgical and inpatient services across the Otway Ranges region near the Surf Coast.

Qualifications

• Must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
• Locum cover for multiple dates as listed.
• Experience in ED is essential for Supervising GP role.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care and ED oversight as supervising GP or FACEM.
• Participate in on-site coverage as per roster.
• Support Surgical, Inpatient, Maternity, Haemodialysis and Infection control services.
