Job summary

MedRecruit Limited is seeking a Locum GP with ED experience to cover a rural NSW hospital from 11 to 18 January 2027. The role includes emergency, trauma, adult and paediatric support, with 24-hour shifts and ALS administration responsibilities.

You must hold current AHPRA registration and completed eMeds training. The hospital offers a supportive team and opportunities to contribute to high-quality patient care in a rural community.

Qualifications

• GP with ED experience required for rural NSW.

• Current AHPRA registration is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency, trauma, adult and paediatric care.
• Operate within a rural hospital team to deliver timely care.
• Manage 24-hour shift coverage (08:00–08:00) as locum.

Position Details:

• Shift times: 0800 - 0800
• GP VMO ED
• Must have completed eMeds training Duties
• Emergency, Trauma, Adult and Paediatric Support
• Advanced Life Support - Adult and paediatric resuscitation drugs, life pack, defibrillator, neo puff, slit lamp.

Please note that all rates are inclusive of superannuation, taxes, and casual loading, where applicable.

Must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
