Unley High School seeks a LINK Support Officer (Temporary SSO 2) to work with teachers and leaders to provide one-on-one educational, social and personal care support for students with multiple disabilities to attend mainstream classes.

You will support functional adjustments documented in One Plans and Health Care plans, provide curriculum support across LINK programs, and foster independence to help students meet South Australian Curriculum standards.

Qualifications

• As a LINK Support officer, work collaboratively with teachers to provide one-on-one educational, social and personal care support for students with multiple disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective and individual learning and social scaffolding for LINK students in collaboration with classroom teachers.
• Support functional adjustments documented in One Plans and Health Care plans; assist curriculum delivery across learning areas.
