Job summary

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification and registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia.
• Demonstrated ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with students, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead a class with students presenting with diverse needs, including severe/multiple disabilities.
• Design, deliver and evaluate differentiated learning programmes aligned with curriculum.
• Develop and review One Plan goals and incorporate AAC and assistive technologies.
• Collaborate with families, staff, leadership and allied health professionals; guide classroom staff.
