Job summary

Lockheed Martin Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive space programs, coordinating with LM US stakeholders to deliver on cost, schedule, technical delivery and customer outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end program activities, identify risks, negotiate contracts, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve results in a dynamic defence environment. Eligible Australian citizens for clearance required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex programs in engineering, technology or defence.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in engineering or project management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage program activities from inception to completion, covering cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Identify problems and deliver solutions with stakeholders, reallocating resources or changing specs.
• Act as main customer liaison, leading program reviews on cost, schedule and performance.
• Define resource requirements and coordinate with management to satisfy them.
• Lead contract negotiations and contract changes.
• Drive continuous improvement and support future growth.
