As a member of our Salter Brothers Hospitality team, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful experiences for both our guests and colleagues - through thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

About Ardour Milton Park

Ardour Milton Park is a historic estate nestled in the rolling hills of Bowral, originally built by the famous Hordern family of Sydney in the early 20th century. Beautiful gardens designed by the renowned English School of Landscape envelope the iconic hotel, spa, pools and more. The European-style Wellness Spa offers multiple luxurious treatment suites, a hydrotherapy mineral pool, lounge area, gym, steam room and sauna as well as a myriad of outdoor activities to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. The entire property has recently undergone a multi-million dollar renovation, ushering in a new era for our timeless country estate.

The role and key duties

• Curate an unforgettable and bespoke experience for our guests from start to finish;
• Deliver onsite a range of treatments including body treatments, facials, massages & more to our guests in our well-appointed luxury treatment suites;
• Provide a high level of personalised guest service & offer a relaxing experience;
• Provide recommendations and upsell retail products to guests;
• Keep the spa operations running smoothly & clean all areas of the spa after use.

Essential Criteria required to be considered

• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or higher (essential);
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in spa and massage (preferred);
• Strong knowledge of wellbeing, skin and wellness products with ability to guide and educate our guests;
• Ability and willingness to commence work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays;
• Located close to our retreat or be willing to relocate, and have reliable transport (essential).
