Job summary

Northbridge Healthcare is seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join a South Yarra practice as a Level 1 GP Supervisor. You will combine your own clinical work with supervision and mentoring of developing doctors in a supportive setting.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time sessions in a private/mixed billing practice, with strong nursing and admin support and a busy patient base. Location is South Yarra, VIC.

Qualifications

• Hold FRACGP or equivalent qualification and current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in GP supervision and mentoring is essential.
• Strong clinical governance and patient-safety focus required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 GP supervision and mentoring to trainee doctors.
• Maintain your own GP workload while supervising others.
• Review clinical consultations and support decision‑making and referrals.

Education

FRACGP, FACRRM or an equivalent recognised qualification
