Job summary

A regional sports association in Queensland is seeking a Pathway and Programs Manager to oversee the administration of the South Queensland & Border Districts Touch Association. In this role, you will manage team logistics and delivery of educational programs while providing strong support to affiliates and developing strategic partnerships. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on enhancing community engagement in touch football.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration role, preferably senior level.
  • Excellent administrative skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in team logistics and/or event management.
  • Understanding of social media and marketing tools.
  • Working with Children (Blue Card) Mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of South Queensland & Border Districts Touch Association.
  • Coordinate delivery of education and training.
  • Manage Sharks representative team logistics.
  • Develop communications strategy including social media.
  • Financial management of the region.
