We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, loves fresh, quality ingredients, and is willing to take on more responsibilities as a Sous Chef. If you’re driven, creative, and committed to excellence, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

As our Sous Chef, you will play a key role in daily kitchen operations, supporting the Head Chef and leading the team to deliver consistently outstanding dishes. You’ll help shape menu creation, maintain high standards of food preparation, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly at all times.

Assist the Head Chef with menu planning, prep, and service

Lead the kitchen team during busy service periods

Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency are upheld

Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and stock control

Train, develop, and support junior staff and supervise/lead them on shift.

Step in for the Head Chef when required

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie. (minimum 3 years experience as a CPD)

Established leadership and strong communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Ability to thrive under pressure

Passion for fresh ingredients and high-quality food

A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
