As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines that support both current and future hiring needs. This includes identifying and engaging high-quality candidates using targeted sourcing strategies and market insights.
Working closely with recruiters, you’ll help deliver qualified talent while ensuring a well-organised and compliant sourcing process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, outreach, and uncovering top talent in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity and can be based in either Melbourne (preferred), Canberra, Adelaide, Sydney or Brisbane.
The successful candidate must be eligible to hold a Baseline AGSVA security clearance.

As a Major Service Provider of the Australian Defence Force, an AGSVA security clearance will be required and compliance to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
