Job summary

Mercor is seeking a contract Process Improvement / SOPs Evaluator to join our remote team. You will assess AI-generated artifacts, apply domain-specific rubrics, and provide clear feedback to improve accuracy and presentation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in process improvement or SOPs, native or professional English, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides. This role is remote with flexible deadlines and independent work patterns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Process improvement / SOPs.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI-generated work products.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance domain quality.
