Job summary

Vision Radiology in Frankston is expanding its radiology team and inviting a skilled Sonographer to join our state-of-the-art clinic. The role offers a dynamic, patient-centred environment with diverse ultrasound capabilities across general, obstetric/gynecology and MSK.

You will contribute to efficient workflows while delivering exceptional care. We foster ongoing education through our in-house CPD program and support career growth within our expanding network, with flexible, supportive working

Qualifications

• Current ASAR registration.
• Strong ultrasound knowledge.
• Self-motivated with a patient-centred approach.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Proven ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; leadership where needed.
• Experience with GE, Philips and Canon equipment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations: general, obstetrics/gynecology and MSK.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.
• Contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused department and support growth.

We’re excited to announce an upcoming opportunity for an experienced Sonographer to join our team at our new, state-of-the-art clinic in Frankston.

As a Sonographer at Vision Radiology, you will play a crucial role in, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow management. You will conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, including general ultrasound, obstetrics/gynaecology, and MSK.

We offer our Sonographers a work environment that is dynamic, engaging and varied, with an emphasis on patient care and attention to detail. As a member of the team, you will be supported to grow your skill set in a well-resourced environment.

While the role is full-time, we are open to part-time arrangements

Our state-of-the-art Facility encompasses a wide range of modalities including general X-ray, dental X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, Cardiac CT, and DEXA ensuring comprehensive care, patient comfort and quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
• Sound ultrasound knowledge.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on patient care.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively both in a team environment and autonomously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and physicians.
• Experience using GE, Philips, and Canon equipment is desirable.
