Job summary

Qscan Radiologic Clinics is seeking a Sonographer to join our Tamworth clinic on a full-time basis, offering a balanced regional role with strong team support and broad clinical exposure.

You'll work across a diverse caseload including General, Obstetrics, MSK and Vascular imaging, with opportunities for CT training as part of the role. Clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, no on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in General, Obstetrics, MSK and/or Vascular ultrasound.
• Current ASAR registration and recognized Sonography qualifications.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and excellent communication.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
• Strong attention to detail and sound clinical judgement.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care, prioritising comfort, safety, and confidentiality
• Support radiologists with interventional procedures and advanced scanning techniques
• Maintain consistently high standards of imaging quality and clinical practice
• Actively engage in ongoing professional development and skill enhancement

About the role

We are seeking a Sonographer to join our Tamworth clinic on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding regional role where you'll enjoy a balanced workload, strong team support, and broad clinical exposure.

You'll work across a diverse caseload including General, Obstetrics, MSK, and Vascular imaging-helping deliver essential diagnostic services to the local community while continuing to expand your skills.

We strongly encourage new graduates to apply. We can offer CT training as part of this role.

Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with no evening shifts or on-call requirements.
