Job summary

Lumus Imaging in NSW seeks an Accredited Medical Sonographer to perform general, obstetric, vascular and breast imaging with ASAR registration and breast imaging expertise.

You will work closely with radiologists, ensure high-quality images and documentation, and provide a caring patient experience while following a fixed roster with flexibility for shifts at nearby sites.

Qualifications

• Accredited Medical Sonographer with ASAR registration and breast imaging experience.
• Proficient in general and obstetric ultrasound with patient-centered approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a flexible roster.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations including general, obstetric, vascular and breast imaging.
• Collaborate with radiologists to deliver accurate, timely results and maintain documentation.
• Provide a caring, professional experience for every patient and uphold image quality standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative Inner West cluster team and adapt to roster requirements.

About you

• Accredited Medical Sonographer with ASAR registration, or equivalent
• Experience in breast sonography is highly regarded
• Experience across general and obstetric ultrasound
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• Strong communication skills and a genuine team-player attitude
• Comfortable working a set core roster with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts across nearby sites
