Job summary

The Perth Mint in East Perth is offering a 6-month max-term contract commencing January 2027, with flexible hours. You will deliver and support technology solutions, maintain existing app systems, and work with stakeholders to improve operations and ensure reliable services.

Ideal candidates hold a IT qualification, with hands-on experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services, including Azure Function Apps, Web Apps, Service

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, supporting and troubleshooting integration solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services (Function Apps, Web Apps, Service Bus, API Management).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support technology solutions to meet business requirements.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a 6-month max-term contract commencing in January 2027, offering the opportunity to build and enhance systems that enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives. The role is responsible for delivering and supporting technology solutions that meet business requirements, while ensuring existing application systems are maintained, optimised, and aligned with agreed service levels. Working closely with stakeholders, you will contribute to system improvements, operational efficiency, and the ongoing delivery of reliable application services across the business.

ABOUT YOU

You will bring a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience, along with demonstrated experience designing, developing, supporting and troubleshooting integration solutions.

Ideally, you will have strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services, particularly Azure Function Apps and Web apps, Azure Service Bus and Azure API Management.
