Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect in Sydney to drive technical engagement with Enterprise customers and the OEM/Partner Ecosystem across the NVIDIA software and hardware stack. You will map customer workloads to NVIDIA technology, design scalable architectures, and lead PoCs and demos with hands-on implementation.

You will present to technical and C-level audiences, help shape product priorities from customer insights, and enable developers to adopt NVIDIA SDKs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in industry across software/hardware engineering, developer relations, partnerships, or product management.
• Hands-on experience with multiple industry verticals and OEM platforms.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record in AI solutions and customer integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor for large-scale customer workloads mapped to NVIDIA tech stack.
• Co-design scalable architectures with enterprise customers and define deployment plans.
• Engage hands-on with deep technical topics, validating solutions and supporting deployments.
• Communicate with customers at technical and C-level, and represent NVIDIA at events.
• Identify gaps and influence product and engineering priorities based on customer insights.
• Lead technical engagements, troubleshoot complex issues, and advocate for customer needs.
• Create or run PoCs and demos, write code for data pipelines, and train AI/DL models in containerized environments.
• Drive platform adoption by enabling developers and enterprises to integrate NVIDIA SDKs and frameworks.

We're hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to drive technical engagement with Enterprise customers as well as our broader OEM and Partner Ecosystem for AI Adoption and consumption across the full NVIDIA Software and Hardware stack. In this role, you'll connect real-world customer workloads to NVIDIA's hardware and software ecosystem, helping developers and enterprises adopt and scale our platforms. We're looking for someone with strong technical depth who can serve as a trusted advisor, bridge complex challenges to innovative solutions, and grow into a strategic resource for the customers and partners you support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a trusted advisor who understands complex or large-scale customer workloads and maps them to NVIDIA’s technology stack to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Co-design advanced, scalable architectures with Enterprise customers defining technical direction, integration milestones, and deployment plans.
• Engage hands-on with deep technical topics—designing, validating, and supporting solutions that enable customer and partner success.
• Excellent communication skills, working with customers, leading presentations at technical and CxO level as well as representing NVIDIA at public events.
• Identify gaps between customer needs and NVIDIA offerings, communicating insights that shape internal product and engineering priorities.
• Lead technical engagements, helping customers troubleshoot, resolve complex issues, and advocate for their technical needs.

What We Need To See

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Industry background spanning software/hardware engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management - with 3-5+ years of direct, hands-on experience in multiple industry verticals and OEM platforms.
• Deep technical expertise in identifying and driving AI Solutions with customers with a track record of driving product integrations and contributing to software and hardware platforms, systems, and libraries.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to helping customers succeed.
• A track record of balancing empathy for Customer and partner needs with the ability to drive complex product decisions through trusted relationships.
