Solution Architecture & Business Systems Manager

We are looking for a senior‑level technology leader to manage the full delivery lifecycle and ongoing evolution of operationally critical business systems across multiple WA sites.

What you’ll be responsible for

You will lead a team of around 12 specialists covering architecture, business systems, data, and integration, setting the technical direction and ensuring solutions are resilient, well‑connected, and aligned with business priorities.

• Transforming business and technology strategy into actionable delivery roadmaps and architectural decisions.
• Providing oversight of solution design across applications, data and integrations.
• Managing the complete lifecycle of vital business systems – from implementation and improvement to replacement when necessary.
• Building teams, managing performance and developing careers.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Your proven success as a technology leader combining people management with solution architecture across business systems and integration.
• Your significant experience in a Solution Delivery Manager, Business Systems Manager, or Solution Architecture Manager position.
• Your proven track record managing and developing a multi‑disciplinary team spanning architecture, applications, data and/or integration.
• Your strong background in solution and applications architecture for business systems.
• Your hands‑on experience delivering solutions in cloud environments (e.g. M365, Azure, AWS).
• Your experience partnering with business stakeholders from initial idea through to delivery and BAU transition.
• Your background in overseeing business systems and data platforms over time, including improvement programmes, version changes and system replacement.
