Datacom is undertaking a strategic migration of our internal IT service management platform to ServiceNow. We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end migration: defining the target architecture, designing integrations and data flows, driving data migration strategy, and working with stakeholders to deliver a scalable, secure, and business‑aligned ServiceNow platform.
You’ll be the technical lead for the program, translating business needs into a robust ServiceNow solution, establishing governance and best‑practice development processes, and partnering with cross‑functional teams (IT operations, security, HR, finance, and applications) to ensure a smooth transition with minimal business disruption.
