The Opportunity

The location of the role is flexible with opportunities to work in both our Adelaide and North Brighton offices.

Responsibilities

Assist senior solicitors in managing a diverse caseload related to estate litigation, wills, probate, estate planning and administration.

Conduct legal research, draft legal documents and provide accurate and comprehensive advice to clients.

Attend client meetings, hearings and court proceedings under the guidance of senior solicitors.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective case management and timely completion of tasks.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

A qualified solicitor, preferably with some experience in litigation work and/or wills and estates law.

A strong desire to learn and practice in the field of estate litigation.

Excellent analytical, research and drafting skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
