Job summary

HV Solar NSW Pty Ltd is offering a genuine apprenticeship with hands-on learning from day one. You’ll work alongside licensed electricians on residential rooftop systems, commercial installations, and off‑grid setups across NSW, with full-time, consistent work and a clear path to becoming a licensed solar electrician.

You’ll assist with installations, learn to commission inverters and batteries, and complete TAFE coursework while traveling to varied sites with a supportive team and premium

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or about to start an Electrical Apprenticeship.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license essential.
• Reliable, punctual and keen to learn.
• Ready to train with licensed electricians and solar specialists.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with solar panel installation and electrical wiring under licensed supervision.
• Learning to install and commission inverters, batteries, and off‑grid systems.
• Working safely on rooftops and across varied site environments.
• Using hand and power tools correctly and safely.
• Completing TAFE coursework alongside on‑the‑job training.
• Building customer‑facing confidence as you develop.
