Mercor is seeking a Software Engineer Expert for a contracted, remote role. You will evaluate AI-generated artifacts for software engineering usability, and identify issues in slides, spreadsheets and documents.

You will deliver clear feedback to improve AI model outputs and apply deep expertise to grade results. Requirements include 5+ years in Software Engineering at top firms across major English-speaking regions, fluency in English, and strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Software Engineering at a top firm in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Compensation: $100-$150/hour
