Job summary

Hello Luma Recruitment in Queensland is seeking Case Managers who are passionate about making a real difference across social services sectors. You’ll support individuals, families and communities with advocacy and practical case management, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, Human Services, Counselling, or a related field.
• AASW eligibility or membership where applicable.
• Experience in case management, counselling, youth services, or community-based support.

What We're Looking For

• Qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, Human Services, Counselling, or a related field
