Job summary

Leaf Doctors, based in Newtown, Sydney, is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Creator to join our growing team. You’ll craft engaging content across multiple healthcare brands and be hands-on with filming, editing and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.

You'll work from our brand-new office and collaborate with doctors, pharmacists and staff to produce educational and entertaining content.

Qualifications

• Comfortable presenting on camera and engaging audiences.
• Strong sense of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Ability to brainstorm, plan and execute short-form video content.
• Experience creating content for businesses or agencies is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media.

Leaf Doctors is searching for a creative, outgoing and motivated Social Media & Content Creator to join our growing team. Working from our brand-new, fully renovated office in the heart of Newtown, you'll be creating exciting and engaging content for a diverse portfolio of Australian healthcare businesses.

Our group operates across telehealth, medicinal cannabis-related healthcare, pharmacy and dispensary services, weight management, smoking cessation and other emerging healthcare sectors.

We're looking for someone who can take these different businesses and make them stand out online.

Whether you're jumping on the latest TikTok trend, filming a day in the life at one of our locations, interviewing a doctor or developing an entirely new content series, you'll have plenty of opportunities to get creative.

We're after someone with personality, fresh ideas and the confidence to bring them to life - both on camera and behind it.

Your day-to-day

This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from brainstorming ideas to publishing the finished content.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating engaging videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
• Appearing on camera to present content, interview team members and showcase our brands
• Planning, filming and creating short-form videos
• Developing creative concepts, trending content and new video series
• Visiting our clinics, pharmacies and other business locations to capture content
• Managing social media accounts, content calendars and publishing schedules
• Writing engaging captions, scripts and social media copy
• Collaborating with doctors, pharmacists and other team members to create educational and entertaining content
• Monitoring engagement, audience growth and content performance to identify new opportunities
• Supporting the launch and social media growth of new businesses within our group
