An exciting opportunity exists for a Social Inclusion Coordinator to join our Programmed Facility Management team on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this rewarding role, you’ll work collaboratively with our customers, communities, and a range of Government and non‑Government agencies to design and deliver meaningful educational and employment pathways for individuals from diverse and challenging backgrounds.
You’ll also partner with the business to create, develop, and promote social inclusion programs that build on Programmed’s inclusive culture – fostering diversity, equity, and belonging across our workforce. By strengthening partnerships and championing initiatives, you’ll play a key role in making a positive social impact and helping individuals connect to long‑term opportunities in training and employment.
