Upstate Sport is seeking a part-time Digital Designer to join our fast-moving team in Geelong. You’ll craft social-first assets across Instagram, TikTok, EDM and ecommerce, balancing strong brand aesthetics with performance-led creative.

Working within a small team, you’ll translate briefs into on-brand concepts, stay on-trend with platform best practices and help shape how the brand sits in digital spaces while driving engagement and commercial results.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital design and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, and EDM.
• Attention to detail and ability to balance brand with performance.
