About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale residential construction projects on the Gold Coast, including towers up to 18 storeys. You will take ownership of delivery from pre‑construction through to completion, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing all phases of project delivery (pre‑construction, construction, handover) for high‑rise residential developments.
• Leading project teams.
• Preparing and monitoring budgets, cash flow, and cost reports; driving financial performance.
• Planning, scheduling, and risk management; ensuring proactive mitigation of issues.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Contract management: procurement, subcontractor engagement, and negotiation.
• Reporting to senior leadership and providing project status, forecasts, and key metrics.
• Mentoring and developing more junior members of the project team.

• Proven track record delivering high‑rise residential or mixed‑use projects in Queensland, preferably on the Gold Coast.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets, cashflows, and cost forecasting.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management skills, with experience leading large teams.
• Exceptional planning, organisation, and risk management skills.
• Deep understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying) and construction‑industry certification.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
