Persistent Systems Limited in Sydney is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with deep Snowflake and DBT expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will design scalable data pipelines, collaborate with analysts, and drive data-driven decision making across the business.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake and DBT.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with Snowflake and DBT.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.

Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
