Job summary

SIMPEC is gearing up for a major infrastructure project north of Perth and is seeking experienced SMP Supervisors to lead on-site crews, coordinate activities and ensure compliance with safety and client requirements.

The role covers a Monday to Friday schedule with some Saturdays, offering opportunities to advance your career within a dynamic and values-driven team. Strong trades background and at least 3 years supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong trades background (rigging & mechanical) with relevant qualifications.
• 3+ years of proven supervision experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good interpersonal communication with clients and site teams.
• Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management.

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the work crew.

We're currently gearing up for an exciting upcoming major infrastructure project located North of Perth which will be local and DIDO daily. The role will be Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays required.

We're seeking experienced SMP Supervisors to carry out a wide range of tasks across the projects' schedule and to coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the work crew, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative requirements.

About You:

• You will have a strong trades background (Rigging & Mechanical) with relevant trade qualifications.
• Strong project execution knowledge across construction, mining or resources
• 3+ years' of proven supervision experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, crews and site teams
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sound understanding of WHS legislation and risk management
• Ability to lead by example and promote a positive safety culture
